Hello,I have never seen anyone on this site using RiPE Packet Editor,it's less popular than wpe pro,but I think that it's a great alternative to it,the tool is very simple,it catches the packets of the target process and you can edit them,as far as I know,it does not decrypt packets,and unlike wpepro,its dll isn't reported as a threat by some AVs.

So,should this be added to the Gamehacking tools [Library]?
