What to do after finding 'what writes to address'

Well i saw a thread about ittle dew, was messing around with it, but as always i find my health then > what writes to this address.
If i nop it i get a 'godmode' as well as all the monsters so what do i do next?
Do i try 'what accesses this address'? Or do i just drop that address and try to find a pointer to my main health address?

It's not the first time it happens to me, i want to know if its possible to somehow find the addresses that would only change my or only mob health from what i have now? Or somehow change the 'godmode' address so that only i get the benefits?
