How do I cheat?

This is my first time on cheat engine and i wanna do this cheat that requires
"Lua Cheat Table" but every time when i press Ctrl + Alt + L NOTHING HAPPENS!!!! Evil or Very Mad Can anyone help me how to fix this???

go to start->programs->cheat engine 6.3 and execute the reset settings program there. It'll fix that window from showing on a different monitor
