Is anyone here a flash designer? Making a flash based MMO, and the character template needs work, most of its fine, and I just cant get the face right Sad

Everyone keeps saying the body proportions is wrong, and it looks like a hobbit lol, and the hand looks weird. Could you help with that also?

make legs longer and thinner.
also the head is a tad too little.
