I wanna ask how to call internal function of process without dll injection (stdcall, cdecl etc.) and is it possible in CE?

The auto assemble command createThread(address) lets you do that.
Just make it execute a stub that sets up the stack and registers and then call the specific function

Or instead of createThread do a code injection at a spot often called
