I've been trying to create my own tables for a few games that I play, but every single time I reload the table, the addresses are no longer valid.
Specifically, I found a GTA IV table that lets you change your player stats (kills, cars stolen, money earned, etc.) and I thought that getting one for my other games would be fun too. I couldn't find any so I decided to make my own. Just last night, I was making one for Assassin's Creed III and got a good 6-7 stats mapped out. After loading the game and the table both up today, the stats were all different (like 48,760,912 instead of 5. =\) Point is, they no longer related to my in-game stats. However, the GTA IV one still works, so I know that it's obviously possible to make tables that will continue to work for more than one play session.
I'd like to know how to make a table that will keep the values consistent. I know that it's not that big of a deal to change my in-game stats, but it's sort of fun. If anyone could help me figure out what I did wrong/ how to fix this, I'd be grateful. Thanks for any help in advance.
