when i check to box of an address it does not freezes. some specific examples are "C&C3 Tiberium Wars" - the value of cash keeps changing even after freezing it and "Saints Row 4" - the power meter does not freeze its value HELP!!

This means you are freezing the visual values only(what you see on the screen), some games uses different values with different counting strategies to make hacking harder, a simple example is when a pistol has 17 bullets, while actually the value need to search for is 51 (bullet value x 3).

Try a different value type

Sometimes the value is stored as a float, but the display object needs a 4 byte, so when the value is changed, it tells the display object the new value in 4bytes, and the display object saves that to compare against for the next update
(It might also be stored as an 4 byte, but displayed as a float like bars)
