How do I cheat?

Since it seems as though simply restarting a program won't move it far from where it used to be in memory, is it worth using some type of RAM Cleaner to completely wipe similar to a reboot in order to get rescans to remove more from the list?

a reboot is always a good idea, and a completely different system is even better.

When windows reboots, it loads some of the modules at a semi randomized location. A ram cleaner won't touch those regions
