when i make a CE trainer it won't open. only a proccess will open and it closes after a few minutes.
i can't set an icon it says the extension cannot be handled or when i use .ico files it says it cannot open the file..
when i open other trainers (not all other trainers work but most do work) they open up like they should and everything works fine.

you MUST set an icon

Also, make sure the folder you create the trainer is is not looked at (So not the desktop either)

and of course, does your trainer script open a form ?

can you give me an icon file (any icon file) that works?
and i see ill try that now.
when i try to generate it as a script it opens a form with around 84 lines.

edit: i tried without looking at the folder and it increased the size from around 50kb to around 3mb but now a proccess opens for 1 sec then it closes (2 proccesses) i guess i still need an icon? no file works :\

Also, inctead of generating an exe generate a .cetrainer and test that first. (doubleclick to launch)

that way you can test if it's working or not and make adjustments if needed (rename from cetrainer to .ct and make sure it's not protected)

it says "unable to open file <file location>"
tried changing locations xD not working as well.
well try the second thing you said right now

Edit:
tried that second thing - i cant open it as a cetrainer file. tried changing to ct and when i used ce to open it it showed me every address not just what i put in the trainer and asked me if i want to open the lua trainer - clicked yes and it closed once i closed CE..

make sure that none of the files you use are in a folder path that has your username in it

so make a c:\bla folder, dump all files in there, close that folder, and then make the trainer with the files in there

Trick used by me and many other trainer makers is:
- do not generate trainer as CETRAINER or EXE,
- customize your form and etc., choose "script only" and click "generate trainer"
- close "trainer generator" window
- now you can save it as CT file, so you don't loose modifications
- test it, launch script manually: "table -> show cheat table lua script", new window should pop-up ("lua script: cheat table"), now click "execute script"

- if everything works, save it again, but now choose EXE extension

Or, send your CT file on mediafire or speedyshare and give link.

upload CT file to file hosting site and give link (obfuscated link, without dots and /, because you can not post URL yet)
or here, as post attachment.

A tough decision.

@DaSpamer, I found out that GIMP is great for icons.

I opened your Ct file, saved it as:
- CETRAINER unprotected - works
- CETRAINER protected - works
- EXE - works
