Impossible to find values in Jak 2 on PCSX2

Hi all, I'm very new to gamehacking and I've been having trouble finding certain values for Jak 2 on PCSX v1.6.0

Ive been able to find timer values at what seems to be a static address (that is it doesnt change when the emulator and game is restarted) without chasing a pointer or modifying opcodes which is odd to me - 2036DA18, with a 4byte increasing value.

However I have had a hard time finding things like vehicle damage values and race postion/lap values. Ive searched all value types including big endian 2/4/float all to no avail, increase or decrease.

If anyone has experience with PCSX2 hacking I'd muh apprectiate help. If I've forgotten to include anything obvious I apologize, as it's my first post.
