Cheat Engine

So im trying to use cheat engine 6.2 on Simcity 5 Skidrow release and when i search for the cash value i get three vaules and they all change togather i dont know what im suppose to do here because everytime i try it the city gets bugged when i close it and reopen .

evry time you restart the game the address will be changed..

So search for pointers

you can use pointer scanner also

Simply change the value of the addresses one by one, And see which one effects the value in the game

Then do a pointer scan for that address

I don't know why the pointer scanner didn't work for you.
Edit: Try the pointer scan again increasing the Max Level to 10

Then you can try another way to get the address when you restart the game.
1) when you will find the correct address just right-click on it and choose Find out what writes to this address
2) decrease some amount of money by buying something.
3) you will get a code in the debugger window
4) then choose Add to the codelist, give a name you want and save it
5) it will be saved in the Advance Options

Steps for getting back the address when you restart the game
1) Just right click on the saved code and choose Find out what addresses this code access
2) Decrease some money and you will get your address
3) Double click on it and it will be added in your table

I think this will satisfy you
