Kindly requesting a feature to be able to sort in the Pointer Scan window.

Example of sorting modes, descending/ascending by...

1. Number of offsets. (Want to locate the addresses with few pointers fast without scrolling in the list).
2. Base Adresses

I've come up with millions of results in a pointer scan. I imagine it would take a needless amount of time just waiting for them to sort out if that option was available. It would be nice to have though, but the program would probably freeze and lock up as they sort out and who knows how long that would take with millions of results on a pointer scan.

However, I could see it working very well after you've already narrowed down your search results to a few thousand and THEN sorting them out. I would love to have this added.

I don't expect CE to be updated again for a long time though. I think Dark Byte is busy with other things right now.

Perhaps, only after there are few enough results (e.g. after all results can be shown), this could be possible.

I have always thought this feature for sorting pointers could be quite useful, if possible. Even if the sorting times take a while, it would still be faster than rescanning over and over again (and) slowly skimming through each huge list, manually searching for the ideal pointer(s).

That's in 6.3 which should come out soon (use a disk that you don't mind getting fragmented)
