I've been trying days to fish a serial for the VIP features, Rolling Eyes I know the keys aren't being checked remotely, but I am fairly new to fishing for a serial.

When you run the viewer the key input is under:
Viewer->Preferences->DarkStorm->Activation<--

My Hardware key: 5b8fdcde90788811361af2e01f812636

Please could someone help me find the combo to unlock this?

This is the Viewer that has the HW Key Lock.
