Cheat Engine

game: warlock master of the arcane
game version:1.4.1.56
cheat engine version: 6.2
problem: once I load the game in cheat engine i cannot select anything on the map anymore
solutions I have tried:
- running cheat engine in admin mode
- tried loading warlock master of the arcane through windows list and process list
side note: this problem happens without loading a table yet so it can't be that the table is corrupt or anything.

are you attaching the debugger?
if not, then maybe the game has some anti CE code ?

just tried it, went into process list, attached debugger but alas it still didn't work.

rename cheatengine-386.exe (or x86-64 if you use 64-bit) to blaaa.exe
now edit blaaa.exe with a hexeditor and replace all occurances of the word "Cheat" with "Blaaa"
now just run blaaa.exe and see if it still detects Blaaa Engine 6.2

i have 3 cheatengine.exe files

this is what they're called:

- Cheat Engine
- cheatengine-i386
- cheatengine-x86_64

which 1 is the correct 1 to edit?
