I'm having problems loading cheat tables.

I downloaded the cheat from here at the cheat table section.
and I'm using Resident Evil 4 PC game.
when I load the cheat another tab appeared which was the code list then I tried right clicking on it and choose replace all then I get this error

"The memory at this address is'nt what is should be!"

what seems to be the problem?
how do I fix this?
cause I tried ignoring it and the cheat does not work.
and also I apologize if I posted at the wrong section.

that error seems to be coming from the table.
most likely you have another version (patch) of the game than the table was made for
