Hi guys,
i'm using kernelmode debugger and sometimes windows goes to crash when i try to use it in a game. with windows debugger works correctly... why this?

Which windows version? XP, 7? 32-bit or 64-bit ?

It could be you're hitting a bug I didn't find, or you're using a ce 5.x version, perhaps you've enabled global debug, or you have set it to allow kernelmode stepping (that is a one time thing, afterwards you will crash)

Any information in the bsod saying what caused it ?

Disable the kernel stepping. Perhaps you're trying to find a variable that is accessed from kernelmode

Sorry Dark Byte but i have the same problem with another game... I Will inform You that the Kernel Stepping option is disabled... Windows goes in crash and I have to reboot.. any suggest? debugging only works with Windows debugger

I can't really say. Perhaps this game does something to the kernel as well, or it's some weird bug. (I might need a full memory dump to get even the slightest clue on what goes wrong)
The VEH debugger interface also doesn't work ?

Yes, check the .dmp file generated by windows.
