Cheat Engine

the minimun exe file for CE trainer size is 3.3MB right?
Can I lower the size? If i select tiny option , the trainer 's smaller but it can't run standalone without CE , can it?

Correct, if you do a tiny trainer the user needs to have cheat engine installed. If he doesn't he gets a link where to download it.
See it as if the trainer was made with .NET , Java, Flash, with a dependancy to the VB runtime, or a dependancy to the Visual studio runtime. Those also don't run without the other stuff installed
