How do I cheat?

I use Cheat Engine 6.2

Attach it to 00001840-javaw.exe (pokemmo.eu client)

I am trying to find the pointer for my pokemon's current HP. I can find the location of the address that accesses the HP but when I search for that address I can never find it..

1) I find the address 7828276B4 ( this is a random location ).
2) Right - Click Find out what accesses this Address
3) I find the following code used

Code:

02830242 - 59 - pop rcx
02830243 - 48 3B 01 - cmp rax,[rcx]
02830246 - 66 89 04 19 - mov [rcx+rbx],ax <<
0283024A - 85 D2 - test edx,edx
0283024C - 0F84 05000000 - je 02830257

RAX=000000000000001E
RBX=000000000000002C
RCX=0000000782827688

So the position of the pointer for HP should be 782827688 offset 2C

4) I go back and do a new scan for hexidecimal 782827688
-Nothing ever shows up...

Anyone help?
