I have a task and i'm not sure if this is the correct place to post it but here we go:
I need a program that will basically act like a macro that is compatible for both mac and PC. The first part of the macro will be for it to click on certain places on my Google Chrome browser, then after I want it to upload a photo from a folder I already have set up numbered 1-500. After that I need it to select a channel from a list of channels that will show up on the webpage. Finally when in the channel I need the program to select 1 of 75 messages i'll have pre-written and post it in the channel. Repeat.
When repeating, I need the macro to select "Photo 2" and "Message 2" "Photo 3" "Message 3" so on and so forth.
Yes this is technically a "spamming" bot, but this is for my work and this will not be used to "spam" anywhere else but for my own personal gain.

Alright Timmizle, sounds easy... So it needs to work for windows and mac OS's... So I assume the following platforms:
Windows XP+ (XP, Vista, Win7, etc)
Mac OS X 10.5+ (Leopard, Snow Leopard, Lion, etc)
Would it actually need to click in chrome, or could it just use sockets to connect to the site's server and send and receive the right data to upload the correct image, from the correct folder?
Then from the same web page you uploaded the image to, or another one? You need it to click a certain hyperlink that links to another page, then post a certain pre-written comment... Correct?
How would it know which link/channel to click (would it just go in order?), and on that channel page which message to post? Is there 75 channels and 75 messages and message 1 would be posted to channel 1 and message 62 would be posted to channel 62, etc, or is the message randomly chosen between the 75 available?
There's 1 image in each folder? If so there's 500 images and 1 in each folder, so if that's the case, then how can the images and messages correspond since there's only 75 messages but 500 images? Or am I getting this wrong?
Do you have to login, before you can do all this? I think yes, but you were counting on already being logged in and just having it click around in chrome?... I think it would be easier to avoid all the clicking around and just do what chrome or any browser does internally and act as a web client except just do this one thing its designed to do and nothing else...(basically doing this behind the scenes, in the background)
Why you would need this for work, I'm not sure, but maybe I just don't have enough imagination...
PM me more details, and anything else you'd want me to know... I'm sure I could do this and pretty sure I could make it also work on mac too! Although there is one issue, my hackintosh isn't working anymore, but if I could get OSX working in a VM at least then that would work also, just would have to download xcode real quick... (attempting to get OSX running in a VM right now)
UPDATE: Sucessfully Got 10.5 (Leopard) [Snow+Lion failed to work {Intel-VT is necessary I think, and since I can't use DBVM I know my CPU doesn't support VT so newer then leopard wont work}]
Windows version would be coded in win32 native c++ code, so it would run on virtually any windows box XP+ (no C# .NET dependencies or anything like that)
Mac version would use Cocoa frameworks with objective-c code which is native to OSX...
How much would you offer for this thing actually working? Like written above PM me the details!
EDIT: So have you forgotten about this timmizzle? If so then oh well, if not then I'm still interested in doing this, and since I now got OSX running nothing would hold me back! Although it is a bit slow, I can work with it! It's not too bad although now I really miss being able to natively run OSX on my former hackintosh toshiba laptop...
