So obviously I've learned how to just freeze a value during the tutorial, but how would you go about freezing a value when it reaches a certain number?

For example if I have a value of 100 which slowly ticks downwards, I want cheat engine to freeze it and stop it from going lower once it reaches 80/100. Can anybody give some detailed instructions on how to do this?
