I was wondering what I can do to fix this bug?

Sometimes when I Nop an address I go back into the code to right click and replace original code but it wont let me some times, but other times it works just fine? Is there anything I can do to resolve this so that I can always restore the original code?

Make sure you are starting at the proper address.

You could also go into the 'Advanced Options' window and restore the code from there. You can find the button for this at the bottom left of the main window.
