Find a weapon and look for its minimum damage. In some games that on the stats, but if it doesn't, experiment until you find out. Scan that value in cheat engine

Now change the weapon and find the new weapon's minimum damage and scan THAT value for next scan. Repeat until you have only one address left. Now change that address to about 40000 and FREEZE IT or it will change back. If you attack someone, you should hit about 20% of the value you set it on cheat engine.

In other games like where EVERYTHING is stored server-sided you can still view the minimum damage but not change it. This is my favorite part about hex editing server sided games. Even though you can't change crap, you can still view useful information that can help you in the long run (making bots).
