Well my problem is stupid but its annoying me. The windows time is always wrong. My time zone and everything is correct. Even if i sync it, when i shut my computer off and get back on later its the same time it was when it was shut off. Wat?

And it sounds like your bios needs a new battery.

if you can't get a battery, or don't want to - you can see if turning on internet time syncing works.

You need to get a new bios battery asap OP. Incorrect time on windows causes many malfuntions with many programs. For instance, Firefox and other browsers will claim a website is not safe because the time/date does not match the certificates. It can also cause some programs to refuse to install.
