Cheat Engine

Hey guys, I can't seem to figure out how to hack the imperial treasury in SotS II. I've used cheat engine to modify a large amount of games over the past year or two, and if I can't get it with 4 byte or float values I end up searching all values. If not specific, then I go and use unknown values, increase, decrease and unchanged. But my abilities are limited to that. I seem to have found a value though whenever I change it, upon a change made in game like going the next turn, it just goes right back. I haven't been able to find another value. I've probably messed up the 10 or so times I've searched for the value but it's irritating that I can't seem to find it.

Does anyone know the value or a general gist of what I should be looking for? Like if the value is mulitplied by whatever and add whatever to the end? I remember having to play a game which required me to multiply the value shown on screen by 2 and add 1, could it be something like that?
