I play this MMORPG called Asheron's Call, and there's this asshat script kiddy who's made his own plugin for the old-as-hell, dying, population declining game, and he's trying to charge people 25 real life dollars for its use. It runs in a third party application known as Decal, which allows AC players to use certain plugins while playing the game.

Anyway, the point is, it's a simple .DLL file coded in I dunno what, Microsoft Visual Studio or whatever, but the thing is...Decal plugins are always simple as hell to crack, as a very popular one known as Life Tank was cracked and released to the public a long time ago.

What I'm curious about is, can this plugin also be cracked? He lets people download it as they wish, but for it to work, it must be authorized by him, himself, after he's received the payment or whatever. So, surely, somewhere in the lines of code in the plugin, there's something that controls the authorization process, right? How would I go about editing that and making it work for me?

I really didn't know where else to turn, 'cause like, I dunno any programmers or nothin'. Any help would be appreciated, thx bruhs.

There's two plugins. One for the supposed authorizing process, and the other is the actual plugin in question. I realize this is a moot point 'cause nobody is gonna have any idea wtf I'm talking about or even care. Basically, though, if someone could point me in the right direction, that'd be sweet.
