ok so you find out which processor and gpu you want to use. then you find a motherboard that supports both ok then you find ram, hdd, optical drives, etc. find out how much power it takes and find a power supply then you get a cabinet that fits all of it and then you put the motherboard into the cabinet and connect the parts to the motherboard.
you need to have a hdd with an operating system installed in order for the pc to start OR you need a cd/dvd with an operating system installer and then you install it the first time you run the pc. when you succeed in turning on the pc and you reach the OS itself etc. etc. you install ALL THE DRIVERS.
btw. if you turn it on and you hear a series of beeps etc. there will be a manual with your motherboard explaining you what the beeps mean. at least it was like that with my pc _________________
