How can I set a breakpoint to only trigger if another breakpoint has been previously triggered?
I want to break within a function that is called very often, but only if a function far up the call stack is also called.

define the function onBreakpoint
in there check if if the first breakpoint has been triggered, and if so, cause an actual break
alternatively, use a more complex conditional breakpoint code
In the breakpoint that needs to be triggered first set a variable to a specific state (and set it to never actually break, just update a variable)
then on the breakpoint you wish to break do a check if that variable has been set and if so, break

Ah ok, wasn't sure if there was a non-Lua way to do it.
Thank you.

Well, you could always go with the plugin route and write it in a language you're good at. And in the plugin make use of the debugger callback, but I think lua is easier than that
