yes. i bought it for $37 and have 29 hours played, loads of fun, but if you played saints row 2 you might not like it as a sequel, I say might, because I played the second and then soon after the third and i really enjoyed it

I played it tons but it doesn't work on my new pc for whatever reason.
Anyway it puts GTA and any other urban sandbox to shame.

pretty much this; it's like GTA 5 for people that can't wait for GTA 5, except more cartoon-y.
