It shows power, but doesn't display anything. If I replug it, it displays for like 5 seconds, then stops again.
Fuck man and my backup is mia.

I commend you for being able to type that post. Quite some talent you have there. Must be a bitch to read messages though.
I concur with M. in that it sounds like a graphics card failure. Might also be the cable. Try connecting the screen to another device to see if it changes anything.

I have the same with several other displays (mainly samsung)
It will display something for 5 seconds and then go black. If you turn it off and then back on, the same. If you have warranty contact your display manufacturer and get them to repair/replace it.

My TV used to do that. Had to take it apart and reconnect some stuff that had jiggled loose.
