The only good stuff I got out of my cousins were comic books and legos.

With the exception of that NES that worked for about a year, I guess. That doesn't even count, though, because I found that myself when they were moving and they said I could have it.

oh yeah and everyone in my house plays vidya, stepdad plays tor, little brothers i gave him my ds and wii so he can play anything, mom plays facebook games but whatevs theyre good to kill time i guess. oh yeah my grandma plays vidya too, she had a DS and played animal crossing & pokemon and puzzle games

Video games have a higher refresh rate than regular television and therefor are less likely to cause vertigo or trigger epilepsy.
Also I was never allowed video games in the house growing up.
Like, some dude who was dating my mom brought me a gameboy from japan and a bunch of pokemon cards that are in japanese (still have em, looking to sell em), but the gameboy had to stay in the car.
I spent a lot of time in a hotel owned by a family friend so I got to play shitloads of super nintendo, for free of course (it was pay per view back then).
And my best friend had shitloads of nintendo games so we grew up on nintendo 64 and gamecube.
I obtained a ps2 at some point and played it to death when friends came over.
After that I sort of grew out of gaming (I was 13) and we moved to a new house.
The downstairs neighbor's son left for college and gave me his xbox, but no games, so that was useless.
I sold it and the ps2 for like $20 each.
THEN OF COURSE I GOT INTO MASTER RACE PC GAMING AND HERE I AM, HAPPY AS CAN BE.
