Well... After numerous re-installations and what not, it still won't find the value that I want which is ( float 99385800 ). I know it worked before but I'm not entirely sure why it doesn't work now. Before anybody says it's a MP game it isn't.

enable mem_mapped in scansettings and disable fastscan
And it sometimes helps if you pause a game during a scan

also, are you sure the value is stored as float 99385800 in the current version of the game you are playing ? (patches can change stuff. Perhaps it's now stored as a double, or 4 byte, or in a secondary process like plugin-container)

Did what you said and nothing. The last patch that was for the game I'm playing was on the 2nd and I bought the game yesterday. I also tried 2,4 and 8 bytes and what not and it still won't show up. Ran both x86 and x64. Even as admin and in compat mode. Odd thing tho... after a couple of times I did all that CE crashed.

compatibility mode will screw up ce, don't use it, and different ce versions without rebooting is a bad idea (run ceregreset and reboot to be sure incompatible settings are gone)

Also, have you tried scanning for it with the extreme rounding type instead of the default ? (so it finds addresses with values between 99385799.000000001 and 99385700.99999999)

And why do you search for that value? Is it an in game value you see, or did you get that value from an tutorial? (If tutorial, perhaps it only works on new game states and load on loads)

Rebooted and tried extreme rounding, nothing. Tried default rounding and it did find what I was looking for. Restarted the game and CE and it found what I was looking for. Thank you.
