How do I cheat?

Can somebody download the no-install cheat engine, right click, go on properties, go on security, edit, and make it usable by all, then upload it to Mediafire (or file upload website) and give me the link, please!

get windows xp

alternatively, get an hex editor and search for requireAdministrator and change it to BibbetyBobbetyBooooo (or another line of equal size)

Note that you will not be able to use the debugger or even search the memory of a lot of processes

really?I'm 13 and I can make hacks for most multi-player games and get the addresses to make the hack(unless it's server sided so don't quote me Hitler)..
but what's hard for me is writing/reading pointers -.-

When I change to requireAdministrator to BibbetyBobbetyBooooo, it says that the applications side-by-side configuration is incorrect. What now?
