when i try to change any value of any address in specific game cheat engine can't change it and when i try to debug this game my whole computer restarts what should i do to change the values

now my computer don't restart but the game close but still running in the task manager process list i don't understand i can't find it on my screen and still can't change value

it it that you can't change the address value ... or, you can, but it doesn't affect the game ...?
if so, the address you found is not the real one
maybe the game has some anticheat system ...

Same thing happens to me. I change the value in cheat engine and deactivate it already, but it doesn't affect the game at all even though the cheat engine is showing the hacked value. Now if i uncross the active checkbox, the number in the cheat engine changes to normal value back, and in the game, not a single digit is changed. Why is this?

You're either using ce on an online game (won't work), or you're changing a display only address
