Get the filezilla client.
Put the server, usn, and pass in the login field at the top
Pretend it's a file folder on your computer and drag files back and forth

Btw. filezilla is like, I can't right click -> download the files. But I can view/edit. Why is this? I can download from my browser with the link ftp://ftp.powernapk.in/Akaecius/
