How do I cheat?

I have CE file(.exe) for a game which shows all the characters as ???? ?????.

Can anyone help me to read in the language created (Russian) or to my system language (English)

You'll probably need to install the Russian character set to your computer to be able to read it

Or try opening the .CT in a texteditor that supports copy pasting unknown characters and feed that to a translator
