How do I cheat?

Hi
i just download cheat engine and start speed hacking
after 1 min the program stuck and i end cheat engine process from windows task manager
but after that my computer system idle process is 99%
i restart my computer but still 99%
Sad
now all my games slowmotion
what can i do?

It's normal for System Idle Process to hit 99%.

That means 99% of your cpu is unused, or idling.
