im using a BT hotspot to get access to internet. my broadband provider (Virgin media) are messing around with me and putting the bill up by £100 every 10 days WTf are you doing virgin. anyways to sort this and keep calling them won't work. they will just say we will call you back everytime and it's annoying. suggestions anyone

Switch service providers.
Or call virgin and tell them you're switching service providers and they'll be like, "Oh dude, wait, we have this awesome deal all of a sudden we can lower your monthly bill!"
Then say, "Meh, that's still too much I can get a better deal from so and so."
Then they'll be like, "Aw dude, that's okay we can beat that deal, here's our new offer."

This. Tell them that you just got off the phone with a rival company (this requires a small amount of research) and that they are offering a much better deal. A little bit of social engineering goes a long, long way.

| I dought they really care about one person in a multi-million dollar isp. just dont let them hang up until they solve it. dont yell or it makes it then respond badly
