Looked into this, it doesn't actually tell you how to hack java games. It tells you how to code in java. Unfortunately I was looking for something that would tell me how to refind java memory addresses after restarting a java based game, this did not help.

I know this thread might be old, but you try using a Hex Editor the type of program that injects code into a file and not a real-time running program.

I would suggest HexWorkshop, but I haven't tried yet. I was also hoping to find a quick solution. Though Hex Workshop will have to do.
