Going to wear heavy armour. Probably play an orc. Will use Sword & shield or 2h axe/hammer.

for 3rd person, I'd go 2h. for 1st person, I'd got 1h&shield. Mainly because of when I played Mount & Blade though.

And because blocking with a shield and using a 1h sword in 3rd person in Skyrim is fucked up.

I just liked swinging around in circles with giant 2h swords in M&B. I figured you could do the same in skyrim, but i really dont know

I just use;
Skyforge Steel Sword (Superior) Frost damage enchanted and a Steel shield (Superior) fire resist enchanted for melee, and then a Dwarven Bow of Binding w/ dwarven arrows for ranged.

What gear is that?
@Akae, I use destruction in both hands for battles where I can make distance, and destruction + heal for those I can not. If he's going one-handed in one hand, I personally would think it best for him to go heal in the other hand.
