I have used cheat engine for some time now on a game called "Euro truck simulator 2" for some days now, and it worked fine, but now when i click "select a process to open" and then click on "Euro truck simulator 2" and then open, and nothing happens at all, please help me! Question

Hmm
Here try all these steps
1. Try running Cheat Engine as administrator.

2. Uninstall your anti virus, firewall, security suite, and anything else that 'protects' you from cheat engine's modifications

3. Try uninstalling and reinstalling Cheat engine

4. Try an older version of cheat engine, it might just work

5. Try changing the temporary location of scanning.

when you say "nothing happens at all" what do you mean

Does cheat engine completly freeze? Does clicking ok leave the processwindow open no matter how often you click ?
Or do you expect a message asking you to open the cheat table, and now it's not showing? If so, just find where your cheat table is and open it manually

And something else you can try is launching the 32-bit cheat engine from the start menu. If you have something interfering on your system, the 32-bit system can handle it better (better said, those interfering programs handle the 32-bit ce better)
