| not likely that apple is gonna die, they'll just find someone else to replace him as a cheif designers and stuff, and jobs legacy, the iphone is just too sucessful AND incomplete that it'll last for quite a while before other companies like HTC manage to take over

The main thing I am curious about, is what happens to Apple after its current products die out, and new products come in? The iPhone will eventually die out, and a great technology successor will need to take its place. I just do not know if that will happen without Steve.

He'll still be around to throw ideas into the mix, just because he stepped down doesn't mean hes gone. Plus, there are plenty of other creators in the world to pitch ideas to the company as well as many more people to come that will be just as successful as Steve. Technology is never going to hit a point where it wont advance further. Especially in our life time.
