This is 64 bit related since it worked with win 7 x86. I search for a value with new search. It finds x amount. Go back into the game move item, search for the same value and the amount found goes down.Do it one more time and the value doesn't change.
This works fine playing spellforce 2 on a windows 7 32bit, but does not work on 64bit. The memory seems to be locked. It isn't just CE. Artmoney and Tsearch do the same thing.
Any suggestions?

check if your anti virus isn't protecting you from editing other processes
Also, did you use the kernelmode editing values in 32-bit?
What you could try is enable unsigned driver support by rebooting, press f8 before windows boots, and choose the option for unsigned drivers
Then enable kernelmode readwriteprocessmemory

Then enable kernelmode readwriteprocessmemory <-Is this under extra?
Anti-virus disabled
Still doesn't work with read/write process memory checked.
