I want ask you if you can take a CE trainer and convert it back into CE cheat table??

No, you can't. It's a one way thing.

well, if it's an unprotected .CETRAINER file, then sure. Just rename it to .CT and ce will not autorun it when loaded

If it is protected or in a exe (automatically protected), then no, not possible

Thank you for your replys. But it will be a very good suggestion indeed that you can convert it back into a cheat table again from an CE made trainer.

No, that sounded more like ripping off other people's work. It is a hated thing in the game hacking community.
