Is it possible to create new translations for the games and programs using Cheat Engine?

edit: I mean creating a translation for games or some programs using the CE.

If you build a list of addresses with all the strings and change them keeping in mind that all strings must stay equal size, then yes. It should be possible./

(you can use lua for this)
