Ok; what if, what if, you could stop time; but during that (only during stopped time) you're aging was increased 16x, and it must be used for a minimum of 30 minutes, and only once a day.

I'd either choose indestructibility or like super fast speed. Ever since I watched Yu Yu Hakusho as a little kid I wanted to be as fast as Hiei.
But I'd probably injure and or kill myself by accident if I had the speed without the indestructibility.
And running at the speed of light would most likely use up quite some energy too.
