And please do tell me how I am building her wrong, I'd love to see some different builds.
After Doran's Blade and Berserker's Greaves I immediately rush for Stark's Fervor so I have 20% lifesteal and 40% attack speed. After that I get The Bloodthirster for the 100 Attack Damage and the 25% lifesteal. After that I just buy as many Phantom Dancers as I can for the increased Attack- and Walking speed so I can easily chase down enemies.
Round-up, that's about 2.5x200 damage per second.

Why get 80AD from Infinity Edge when I can have 100AD with The Bloodthirster? If it's for the crits; Vayne doesn't crit much.
Why get Boots of Swiftness when she's fast as fuck already.
Trinity Force looks good to me, may purchase it in future games.
What's wrong with stacking Phantom Dancers? It doesn't have a Unique bonus, so stacking it is no problem and it gives amazing stats.

How the fuck doesn't vayne crit much when you stack phantom dancers? Are you serious? It also gives 25% crit chance and that great passive.
You get boots of swiftness because it works great with her passive and lets you chase enemies more easily. Berserkers are highly overrated.
You better fucking get it get it.
PD goes well with her silver bolts, but stacking them only hurts yourself. You end up doing way more damage by getting other items, and running around like crazy with that movement speed is great, until you get blown up by their ap carry.
Also get madreds.

1x philo stone (after banshee's upgrade it to miracle and then sell it for cloak and dagger)
1x boots of swiftness
1x zeal (after black cleaver upgrade to phantom dancer)
1x black cleaver
1x infinity edge
1x banshee's veil
if you have some trouble that isn't CC you can just replace cloak and dagger with a counter for that
build banshee's earlier if they have a lot of magic burst

You're stacking PDs, while not getting IE? FUCKING RETARDED. IE is the difference between 5 kills and 15 kills when stacking PDs.
Your build lacks Black Cleaver.

vayne has low base damage it's not worth it.
