This means that if two people have it, the two people who have it will benefit from it twice. It stacks once, not applies once.

Also, a note to make is that you need to build damage if you're building aspd. Because as aspd goes up, damage becomes more effective and vise versa, and those Doran's Blades won't be enough.
Also, get those minion kills up :<
