How do I cheat?

I have an app, which gave me an result and I want read it in MY app, but I am getting the results in graphic (an color image).

Can someone help how can I handle it? I have very big problem because I had use only Cheat Engine yet, I can't use it now cuz I don't know the size of variable in memory and what is in it. The only one I know is the image.

To help you understand my problem I made a fake:

I want read which shape app returned.
