| Ok, when I am able to make a trainer where do you get the sound, cause I have used trainers and it would say activated and deactivated. So is there a program for this?

Worry about learning the language first to be able to even make the trainer options. Don't worry about all the pretty effects like sounds and such til after you understand what you are doing with memory manipulation.
There is no best language to use either, its a matter of personal preference. Go look around at some programming languages, just be sure they have access to the systems API. Find one that looks decent for your style of coding and stick with that. Asking for a best on these forums is just going to get you a different opinion every post that has no real answer.
If you want personal opinions, I would recommend C++ or C#. But as I said, it's up to you and there is no best.
