Just a quick question.
How does internet speed effect multiple computers?
There are 3 computers in my house and with a 54 Mbps internet speed the internet goes really slow and surfing the web becomes extremely aggravating sometimes. I have even rage quit my computer for a while because it gets that irritating.
These are my speed test results.

I'm sorry but there's nothing you can do about your Internet Speed. Your ISP deals with that. You have a really bad connection lol... You probably live in a remote part of Arizona, or your mom cheaped out on your internet. If so, switch ISP's and it will go up. EDIT: Ooops, I forgot to mention: if you're on VIA wireless, then what you could do is connect to your router VIA ethernet cable. That might make it up to 5. IMO there's a huge difference between Wireless and direct connect. @ Full bars, my Laptop gets 10 MBPS on my home wifi network. My Desktop (connected through ethernet) gets 20 MBPS and 30MBPS on a good day.

Its all about bandwidth. I have a smaller cable company because I live in an isolated town. I was getting 3mbps down and .5up and it wasn't enough for more than 1 person to do anything heavy. I'm not sure if you can have that speed with better bandwidth or not, but I know getting the faster speed of 6mbps down and 1up made a huge difference with the 6 pcs 2 xbox and 1 wii in my house.

If there are 2 computers connected to the internet, how would I limit the bandwidth? For example, I have 30Mbps and I would like to have a maximum of 20mbps on PC 1 and 10Mbps on PC 2, so that PC 1 won't consume all of the bandwidth.

Configure your router to assign higher network priority to your computer. I have setup my router to do this. It's essentially a game router. Router determines from the packet headers where what needs to go, based on this a ruleset can be made that ensures yours get highest network priority. Of the computers in my house mine is the fastest on the network no matter what else is happening.
